Before you design a car, keep in mind that it would be light, and would be close to the surface.
While desiging the car in CAD software, always take car about the maufacturing limits.
Always it better u skech ur design before you actully start designing in CAD.

Here are some pictures of F1 in schools cars!

cheers

weight and bearings are the two most important factors. If you have a light car with wheels that easily spin than your cars speed will be much faster than a heavy car with wheels that barely spin.

That first car looks very awesome, though the redline and razorback cars pulled off phenomonal speeds at the 2008 Australian Championships Very Happy The design of our worlds car for Basilisk Performance is very different and complex, but will not be released to the rest of the world until the competition.

Ceramic balls used in the ball bearings are much lighter as compared to steel balls, this is perhaps the main reason why ceramic ball bearings are better. However, some do state that partial ceramic ball bearings are better than full ceramic ball bearings.
